[gatsby-theme-minimal-blog]: How to use <Alert> from Specimens

I love these alerts from Specimens: https://specimens.lekoarts.de/#alert

But how can I use this in gatsby-theme-minimal-blog i can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated!

Also more in general how do I add Remark plugins to the Gatsby Starter blog?
For example I want to add emoji's to my MDX pages: https://www.gatsbyjs.com/plugins/gatsby-remark-emoji/ But that plugin I can't seem to "plugin" to your MDX plugin in the core minimal blog?

But I can't figure out how to "add gatsbyRemarkPlugins" to this plugin so I can add things like emoji's?
