A "Copy to" feature

I am currently in the process of moving to more command-line stuff... again. I usually use my GUI file managers to copy directories from the left pane to the right. Does nnn have a "copy to" command? Because AFAICS there is only "copy, change context, paste" and that's more complicated.

Assuming by "copy" you meant select, then yes, that's the way it's done.

I'm not clear on what such a command is supposed to do. Or how it's meaningfully different than just switching context and going to the dir you want to paste in.

Try the w ^W Cp/mv sel as option.

Ah, makes sense. That opens my $VISUAL and seems to be a good approach (but not quite intuitive when I saw it for the first time). Thank you.
